Delivery and shipping policy

Please keep these things in mind:

Refund Policy

The refund policy mentioned here lasts for a specific period of 7 days from the date of successful payment. If the days have exceeded since the time of your purchase, we won’t be in a position to provide you with a refund or exchange. After a certain period of time, the refund policy loses its credibility and eventually becomes expired or invalid.

In order to complete your refund, we will need the submission of a receipt / proof of purchase / email id from which you started the purchase. If you used a credit card or debit card to transfer payment, please make sure the card is active at the time of initiating refund request. If the card has been cancelled or is inactive, a refund may not be quite easy.

Refund Period

Upon wanting a refund you will have to communicate the same to Digital Hubspot international within a period of 7 days from the date of payment transfer.

The refund will be initiated by us within a maximum period of 10 working days. In case of strikes, disasters or any other unforeseen events, we may not be in a position to continue our services and so the refund may be further delayed.

General Returns Policy

Return, Exchange, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Upon wanting a refund you will have to inform us the same within a period of 7 days.

Any dispute after the 7 day period will not be entertained.

The refund will be paid in full amount or free of cost replacement of the product will be done within a period of 10 working days after the product was last delivered.

The reasons for the full refund should also be stated like if -

  1. The product you received was in damaged condition in transit. If so, you need send a photo of the damage within 24 hours of receiving the product. You will need to report the damage within 24 hours. Any notification after that, will not be considered for refund or replacement.

  2. The proof of damage can be send to within 24 hours.

  3. You received the wrong product instead of the one you ordered.

  4. In the situation that our delivery partner was not able to track your address and name and hence returned the same to us.

The refund will not be paid in full amount under the following conditions:

  1. If the receiver was not present at the shipping address at the time of delivery- then the product will automatically be retuned to Digital Hubspot international. We will refund you back, but, in such a case, you will have to bear the return-shipping costs and additional taxes. The balance will be returned to your bank account.

  2. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it- in the original, undamaged and unopened packing. We will refund you back, but, in such a case, you will have to bear the return-shipping costs and additional taxes. The balance will be returned to your bank account.

  3. If we notice any purposeful damage in the case of return, then no refund will be made for the same.

Rules for the Refund

  1. For a full refund, the product should be returned back to us in the original package both in unopened and undamaged condition, including all original tags/labels attached along with proof of purchase

  2. If the package/invoice/labels or original tags appear to be damaged, then you are not eligible for any refund.

  3. It should be returned within 7 days which will be clearly mentioned on invoice of the product.

  4. Once we have received the product back and verified its condition, we will initiate the refund process of handing back your money within 10 working days.

  5. The refund money will be deposited back to the same account (online banking/credit card/debit card) from which the first payment was done. It may take up to 2-3 additional days for the amount to reflect in your account.

  6. Product once sold cannot be exchanged for any other product.

Late Refunds or Missing Refunds

If you have followed all the instructions above and still haven’t received a refund, try some of the following steps -

  1. Make sure that you have checked your bank account / ATM account.

  2. Contact your credit/debit card company and enquire the details and wait for some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank, clarify with them and wait for the same. Normally there is a certain amount of processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellation Policy

  1. If you plan on cancelling an order that has already been shipped but hasn’t been delivered, contact the sales/support team and inform them at the earliest as possible.

  2. Suppose you cancel an order, that has already been shipped out from us to the courier company, the delivery package will still be brought to your location. Kindly do not accept the order.

Important: At the time of receiving the delivery of the product you ordered, make sure that the product you are about to receive is undamaged, properly packed and approved of the same by the delivery person. Upon noticing any slight damage, do not receive the product and please inform the same to the sales support services immediately.

Approval of the Policy

It is your responsibility to read out the‘’Terms of Agreement’’, regarding our Refund Policy.
